Job Title: Process Associate – Order to Cash

Job Summary:

Genpact is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Process Associate – Order to Cash. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of day-to-day operations, ability to maintain SLAs, and solve queries related to cash application while coordinating with customers. The candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, good technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Make collection calls to customers and handle customer inquiries related to cash applications.
  • Email or fax invoices, or mail hard copies to customers as per their requests.
  • Identify and resolve unidentified cash and handle the end-to-end process of cash applications.
  • Process cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites, ensuring timely and accurate completion of Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR).
  • Follow up on customer/internal disputes and questions, and work between departments to resolve issues.
  • Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits, and send them to customers for collection or refund.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce (BCom)
  • Freshers or 0-2 years of experience
  • Good interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Good technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Active user of the Internet and online applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash is preferred.
