Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Freshers / 0-1 year

Key Skills Required:

  • Solid grasp of operating systems, software, and devices.
  • Proficient in customer support techniques.
  • Understanding of competency requirements.
  • Demonstrates self-reliance frequently with minimal guidance.
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL on Windows, Mac operating systems & VDI environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for innovation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24×7 environment with rotating shifts and weeks off.

Job Description: This role primarily serves as the initial point of contact for B2B users reaching out to Wipro Service Desk, aiming to troubleshoot end-user issues in alignment with Wipro’s Service Desk objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing primary user support and exemplary customer service.
  • Addressing queries from calls, portals, emails, and chats from clients.
  • Familiarizing oneself with clients and their respective applications/processes.
  • Understanding fundamental operations of commonly-used software, hardware, and equipment.
  • Adhering to standard service desk procedures by accurately logging all service desk tickets using designated tracking software.
  • Ensuring adherence to the scorecard as per SoW with respect to TAT, SLA & hits.
  • Managing queries or escalating them according to defined helpdesk policies and framework.
  • Maintaining regular MIS and resolution logs for raised queries.
  • Documenting events, problems, and their resolutions.
  • Updating customer status and information in a timely manner.
  • Channeling feedback, suggestions, or escalations from customers to the relevant internal teams.
  • Identifying and proposing enhancements to processes and procedures.
