Position: Trainee Software Engineer
Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA
Experience: Freshers
Skill Set:
- Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Simple & Complex SQL Queries.
- Ability to write intermediate SQL queries.
- Excellent communication skills (Oral, written, and listening).
- Strong logical and analytical thinking.
Job Description: The Trainee Software Engineer will be responsible for configuring and testing Wipro’s Proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) System to meet our clients’ requirements. Configuration tasks involve utilizing proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as per analysis specifications. Testing responsibilities include preparing test cases and test data and executing test activities under the guidance of the Senior Analyst.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Batch: 2023
- Minimum 60% in current degree, HSC & SSLC, with no current backlogs up to 7th Semester.
Interview Rounds:
- Online Assessment (Aptitude, Grammar, Behavioral)
- Managerial Round (for eligible candidates from the online assessment)
- HR Discussion
Interview Date & Location will be confirmed in January 2024.
