Wipro is currently seeking dynamic and communication-savvy fresh graduates for the role of Customer Support Associate in a Non-Voice Process.

Job Designation: Customer Support Associate – Non-Voice Process

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers

Key Requirements:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong analytical and logical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work from the office (WFO) and accommodate night shifts.
• Immediate availability for joining.

Working Schedule:

• 5 Days a week with 2 days off.
