Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and contribute to product/software requirements and design.
- Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, systems flow, and data usage.
- Investigate and address problem areas throughout the software development life cycle.
- Conduct root cause analysis of system issues and propose solutions to enhance system performance.
- Translate client requirements into feasible design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore software requirements thoroughly.
- Work closely with project managers to assess software capabilities and constraints.
- Code, test, and ensure optimal development of software/modules.
- Evaluate operational feasibility and propose modifications or new system installations.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of software through designed test cases and scenarios.
- Modify software to rectify errors, enhance performance, or upgrade interfaces.
- Provide detailed reports on project specifications, activities, and status.
- Ensure adherence to coding norms and project-defined standards.
- Compile comprehensive documentation and reports as necessary.
- Coordinate daily project status updates with the team and maintain documentation.
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, tracing results to quality risks.
- Maintain consistent communication and capture client requirements for high-quality deliverables.
- Collect feedback regularly to ensure timely and smooth project delivery.
- Engage in ongoing education and training to stay updated on best practices and new languages.
- Collaborate with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications.
- Document solutions effectively through flowcharts, diagrams, and clear code comments.
- Maintain formal documentation from client proposal to software implementation.
- Ensure excellent customer interaction through professional communication and timely response.
- Address customer requests promptly to prevent internal or external complaints.
