Wipro is Hiring for the Role of Application Architect!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in developing their Cloud IT Strategy and Roadmap based on business strategies, capturing the current state, defining future architecture leveraging Cloud Foundry, and building transition state architecture.
- Ensure success in building and migrating applications, software, and services to Cloud platforms.
- Drive automation of repetitive tasks, innovate, and create reusable modules.
- Solve complex business problems with in-depth organizational knowledge and execute solutions in the area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement a sales strategy that exceeds revenue objectives through Cloud adoption.
- Educate customers on the benefits of Cloud platforms and engage in deep architectural discussions to ensure successful cloud deployment.
- Build strong relationships with senior technical individuals within customer organizations to promote cloud advocacy.
- Conduct discovery and assessment of applications for R-Lane analysis.
- Develop an enterprise-wide architecture ensuring systems are scalable, reliable, and manageable.
- Provide technical leadership for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using modern technology.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in cloud-native services with popular Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as Google IaaS & PaaS.
- Strong technical understanding of architecture design principles, frameworks, and documentation.
- Awareness of broad economic, demographic, technological, and global trends within the industry.
- Experience in developing innovative and transformative solutions across technologies like Content Management, e-commerce, Mobile, Enterprise Business Integration, and API management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing/migrating, and implementing applications to CSPs.
- Experience with Kubernetes, DevOps tools, Terraform, and microservices architecture-based application design.
- Knowledge of Data Management, Data Analytics, and concepts of Gen-AI/Vertex AI is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel (minimum 50%).
