Job Responsibilities
As a System Engineer at Wipro, you will:

- The ability to respond to customer queries via calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- The capability to escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- The ability to provide detailed product and service information to customers.
