Tech Mahindra is actively seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our Voice Process. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who are ready to make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, comprehensive information using the appropriate methods and tools.
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and document important information.
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Strong persuasion skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills and analytical abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including 24/7 shifts.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Adaptability to evolving procedures and work environments.
  • A team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
