Job Description:

Wipro, a leading global information technology company, is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive on 14th June – 15th June for the position of Customer Support Executive in the Non-Voice Process. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through written and verbal communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers through written correspondence, such as emails, chat, and other digital platforms.
  • Provide assistance and resolve customer inquiries related to online payments applications, online transactions, credit cards, debit cards, and online frauds.
  • Possess good knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in navigating the internet and using online resources efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while adhering to quality standards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduates with a strong educational background.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with internet usage and online payment applications.
  • Knowledge of online transactions, credit cards, debit cards, and online frauds.
  • Must be fluent in at least one of the following languages: Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Arabic, Urdu.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.

Working Conditions:

  • Five working days a week with two rotational days off.
  • Must be flexible to work from the office (WFO).
  • Should be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Venue: WIPRO Gachibowli Campus, Gate no-1 (Vendor gate), ISB Road, Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500032

  • Recent passport-size photograph (taken within the last 6 months)
  • Original government ID proof and a photocopy
  • Photocopy of the 2nd dose vaccination certificate
